  • Statement Inquiry: Up-to-1-year* historical statement for savings and current accounts
  • Balance Inquiry: to view balance of savings account/ foreign currency deposit account (AUD, EUR, SGD and USD).
  • Online Transaction: view today's activities transacted through CIMB Clicks Internet Banking.
  • Scheduled Transaction: view log of scheduled transactions pending for activating.
  • Scheduled Transaction: to view log of scheduled transactions waited for activating Check the total balance of fixed deposit, tax-free fixed deposit (Phemkha Sabai-Jai deposit) with overall details of all accounts' balance(maximum 90 days per time).

  • Update your Customer Profile and Suitability Assessment for Individual Investors via CIMB Clicks Internet Banking only.
  • Check the report of your CPAM mutual fund transactions at CIMB Clicks Internet Banking only.
  • Change the fund trading limit.
  • Cancel your order within the date of subscription, redemption or switching units of CPAM mutual funds.
  • Fund Suggestion: A tool to help you assess investment risks and easily manage own investment portfolio based on your accepted risk level.
  • Financial Health Check: A tool to help you check a ratio of your assets to liabilities to ensure you are well-prepared for the future, together with an option to receive direct expert advice from the Bank.

  • Submit your subscription or unit switching order of IPO via CIMB Clicks. However, switching unit from LTF/RMF to IPO is unavailable.
  • Upload receipt of subscription payment that you made to CIMB-Principal Asset Management Co., Ltd. via other 5 banks (apart from CIMB Thai Bank) i.e. Kasikornbank Plc., Siam Commercial Bank Plc., Bangkok Bank Plc., Krungthai Bank Plc., and Bank of Ayudhya Plc. (Maximum file size for upload is 500 Kbyte in the format of .jpg, .png, and .gif only). CIMB-Principal Asset Management Co., Ltd. will check the account balance before allocation at the end of each working day. You can check the allocation result at CIMB Clicks.

  • Check details of life insurance products of Thai Life Insurance Public Company Limited which you take service via the Bank, e.g. policy number*, term of coverage, and term of premium payment.
